Roslyn Mauro Auricchio (88 Years Old)
February 4, 1932 – December 24, 2020
Roslyn Mauro Auricchio passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve wrapped in the arms of the Lord.
Roslyn was a woman of remarkable strength and wisdom, whose abundant life was one devoted to and defined by good deeds, family and faith. Her devout love of God and of her unconditional love of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren remained her greatest joys in life. Her ability to pray for all of her loved ones was a constant reminder of what faith is all about.
In 2019, Roslyn experienced the devastating loss of her beloved, oldest son Michael—undoubtedly the most painful moment of her life, but her unwavering faith carried her and her family through.
Roslyn is survived by her daughter Deborah; four sons, James, Frank, Louis and Neil; daughter-in-law Donna and son-in-law John; fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and so many cherished cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Those who knew her as Mom, Mama, Nana, Nanie or Roslyn were blessed by her love and her shinning light. She gave her family the teachings of the Bible and belief in Jesus with all of her heart. She will be missed every day.
Her conversations always ended with, “I love you with all of my heart.” And while the void she leaves can never be filled, her loved ones will always treasure and carry with them the infinite love, innumerable memories and invaluable lessons she leaves behind in each of them, the way that only she could—with her love.
“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! Enter into the of joy of your master!’” - Matthew 25:23
