I worked in Tech Support and Lore was in Customer Service at Pharmacia Biotech. It was fun to speak with her before she transferred the customers. What I remember is that she was funny-good timing. She always got to the point in a kind way and never wasted time but never made one feel rushed either. This is an art I believe. She moved up to administrator in the Service Group and kept going. I will miss that smile and the easy way she communicated with us in Tech Support.

Lori was a friend and a really special person, I’ve had the pleasure to have known and worked with Lori from her early days in Pharmacia Biotech Customer Service then as our administrator in the service group. I was the unofficial photographer for our department and have many photos of the people in our group, except for Lori she hated getting her photo taken, I’d be hard pressed to find one of her. But I will never forget her RIP Lori

My sincere condolences to Lore's family. She was such a joy to work with! Lore had a wicked sense of humor which was always appreciated in the day-to-day. She was never to busy to help and certainly had a fair bit of patience when it came to requests for help. I hope you are comforted by wonderful memories and knowing how much she meant to the folks she worked with.

I knew Lore only through work at Pharmacia. Whenever I called in from the field and got her on the phone my day was instantly brightened. I would sometimes call from an airport just to share my people-watching observations with her and we'd enjoy a good laugh. Whenever she traveled with me to visit customers, it was obvious that they too enjoyed interacting with her because of her personality, professionalism, and competence.

My condolences to the family.
