Debbie was a person whenever I saw her had a big bright smile. She is the Mother of my Cousin Mike.
She definitely was heard when she entered a room and lit it up as well. I know her to always have been kind to me and a loving Mom to Mike. Maybe she continue to Rest In Peace. God Bless her❤️

I met Debora early in life, when she lived upstairs of us on Plum St, we were cousins. I ran into her in Middle School and later in HS. But we became closer friends when we met a few years ago at our HS Reunion. We laughed about when I stuck my head out of the first floor window in our early years, not realizing she was in the window directly above me. And as playful as she always was, she dripped water down on top of my head to my surprise. I had not remembered that until she bought that story up! Boy, could she disarm you with that smile!
Rest in peace cuz! You left us weigh too early!

With Deepest Sympathies, your cousins, the Scruggs Family,
Irvin, Douglas, and Cindy.
